Delivery
Every order leaves our London studio within one working day, tracked from door to door. UK Standard delivery is free on orders over £150.

The free UK Standard threshold is worked out on the value of your items after any promo code, before delivery. Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man ship on UK rates.
02Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays go out on the next working day.
You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is scanned by the courier. If you signed in when you ordered, the same link sits under My orders.
03UK Next Day
Order by 2pm on a working day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm arrive on Tuesday. Some Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland postcodes take one extra day, and we will tell you at checkout if yours is one of them.
04International orders, duties and taxes
Our prices include UK VAT at 20%. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duties, local taxes and a courier handling fee when they arrive. These are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices or delivery charge, and are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.
If a parcel is refused because charges were not paid, we will refund the items once it is returned to us, minus the original delivery charge and the return cost the courier bills us.
05Address and delivery issues
- Delivery costs are quoted for the destination you pick in your bag. Your delivery address must be in that country, otherwise we may contact you to pay the difference before we ship.
- We cannot change an address once a parcel has been dispatched. Email us within the hour and we will do our best before it leaves.
- If tracking shows no movement for five working days in the UK, or ten working days elsewhere, email us with your order number and we will open a claim with the courier.
